Who am I?
I’m Narges, a Product Designer based in Sweden.
I’ve always been passionate about the many layers of design, and over the past 5+ years I’ve built experience across B2B environments in HealthTech and FinTech. With roots in industrial design, I bring a blend of systems thinking, storytelling, and fast learning that helps me approach problems from both a strategic and human perspective.
I have a natural curiosity that pushes me to explore, investigate, and deepen what I don’t yet know. This shows up clearly in how I design: I’m meticulous with details but equally drawn to big-picture thinking. My process is often shaped by a constant balance between divergent and convergent thinking, creativity and logic, exploration and structure.
Throughout my career, I’ve designed complex workflows, improved trust within digital products, and strengthened long-term user loyalty. I’ve led research, shaped information architecture, and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to turn ambiguity into clarity and deliver measurable impact.
I’m becoming increasingly passionate about AI-driven tools and how they can elevate both speed and quality in the design process, helping create smarter, more adaptive product experiences.
I’m also highly comfortable working remotely, navigating complex projects, and partnering with product managers and engineers under tight timelines. I rely not only on my technical breadth, but also on my ability to build strong relationships and create a healthy, collaborative environment within my teams.
I’m currently exploring Product Designer roles where I can contribute to meaningful, research-driven, and AI-supported product experiences.
People hire people, not CVs
This is my corner, a small space where I share the things that keep me inspired outside of work. The hobbies that ground me, the moments that shape my perspective, and the quiet stories behind my creative journey.
Sometimes that means painting, when colors speak louder than words. Other times it’s sculpting, when I need to think with my hands instead of my head.
“It’s not about perfection, it’s about exploration.”
– My own reminder
Narges joined the Homer team as a UX/UI designer through the Jobbsprånget program (2023–2024).
She worked on Pretty export of data, ChatBot UI, Start screen redesign, and Email redesign; many of which were launched in Homer.
Narges is positive, friendly, and eager to learn. A valued colleague; we enjoyed working with her and warmly recommend her.
I was always delighted with the final results.
As Narges’s manager at Advisense (Former FCG), I saw her creativity, determination. As product designer, she brought an inspired, methodical approach to solving complex problems.
Her work on EU taxonomy-aligned solutions tackled key business challenges. With skills in user research, she delivered user-centric designs that supported our goals. I fully recommend Narges for any role where creativity and UX insight matter.
Narges was one of the best students I’ve ever had; dedicated, passionate about design, and deeply professional. Her strong artistic background brought a unique mix of sensitivity and skill.
She stood out not only for her talent but also for her thoughtful and committed approach to every project.
Throughout the entire process, Narges was
accountable, proactive, and reliable.
I highly recommend Narges. Over four years, I worked with her on several projects, and her natural aptitude for data analysis, creativity, and strong work ethic stood out. She excelled in software tools and delivered exceptional digital work.
Narges’s creative presentations left a strong impact on others. She possesses a strong user-centered mindset, enabling her to ask the right questions and focus on user needs.
