From industrial design to product design

Industrial design is where I realized that how something functions and how it feels are the exact same question.

From 2015 to 2021, I focused on physical product design, balancing ergonomics with user psychology to understand how people interact with objects by pure instinct. Though my career transitioned into UX and digital systems, that structural mindset remains at the core of my practice. It allows me to bridge user behavior with complex technology, ensuring the end experience feels completely intuitive.

How do I approach design?

Other than looking at the big picture, being systematic, in other words, I approach design with a touch of storytelling, whether in comprehending the challenge, presenting it, or in the solution itself.

I think of narratives as our natural way of making sense of a phenomenon, helping the design work in ways such as building an appealing and smooth user flow.
